Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service office environment.
• Excellent communication skills: you'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
• Initiative to overcome challenges and escalate where necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Contractor repair support experience will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a repair-based portfolio and oversee repairs on the in-house claims system.
• Schedule engineers, update records and ensure timely repair progression.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and clients to maintain high service levels.
• Handle telephone and written interactions with key stakeholders.
• Prioritise urgent requests or complaints in a highly organised environment.
