Description
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a friendly, reliable point of contact. Manage your daily tasks within agreed SLAs to keep claims moving. Chase internal and external suppliers to ensure timely progress on each claim. Proofread documents and correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation with precision. Follow Data Protection procedures and maintain strict confidentiality. Navigate company systems and processes with confidence. Spot inconsistencies or issues and escalations to your Line Manager. Adapt to changing customer needs and support the wider team when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
