VodafoneThree in Newbury is seeking a Commercial Channel Manager to drive growth across the Private Sector. This full-time, 37.5-hour role offers a hybrid pattern with office presence 2–3 days weekly and cross-functional collaboration across Go-To-Market, CVM, Marketing, Propositions, Sales, Finance and Operations.

You will own a defined portfolio, translate performance insights into actions, manage forecasts and P&L, and contribute to Margin Improvement and Risks & Opportunities programs while

• Experience in channel management or commercial performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver acquisition, retention, and in-life value within defined Regions portfolio.
• Turn priorities into action plans and execute trading initiatives at pace.
• Manage forecasts, financial performance, and customer P&L across portfolio.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive improvements and measurable outcomes.
• Governance and performance management with a focus on continuous improvement.
