VodafoneThree - Channel Manager - Strategic Alliances & Tech (Private) in Newbury is a full-time permanent role. You will drive strategic alliances and technology partnerships, balancing hybrid working with in-office collaboration to deliver growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing and Finance to translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor performance and optimise customer value.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver channel performance across a defined Strategic Alliances & Tech portfolio.
• Translate commercial priorities into clear execution plans and coordinate activities.
• Support the delivery of trading plans, proposition launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Manage performance across the commercial lifecycle, maximising new opportunities while protecting value.
• Monitor channel performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive action to improve results.
• Collaborate with Trading and Channel Management teams to turn insights into actions.
• Contribute to financial planning and forecasting to support trading targets.
• Take ownership of customer P&L within your channel portfolio.
• Support Margin Improvement Plans and Risks & Opportunities initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and align with governance processes.
• Work with Commissions teams to validate sales performance and governance.
• Analyze channel insights and trends to guide interventions.
• Build partnerships across functions to move opportunities forward.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and high-quality execution.
