Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major workstreams within the Fens or Lincolnshire Reservoirs. You will own critical milestones, budgets, schedules and quality across complex infrastructure packages, reporting to a Senior Programme Manager.

This is a high‑impact role requiring strong leadership, governance experience, and excellent stakeholder management as you coordinate between regulators, partners and suppliers to deliver the Reservoirs Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large infrastructure projects through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Proven track record in building and guiding project management teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial delivery environments.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams across either the Fens or Lincolnshire Reservoir project, owning key outcomes and delivering against milestones, budgets, schedules and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction across multidisciplinary teams and the supply chain.
• Work with regulators, partners and internal teams to manage performance, risk and governance.
• Influence programme strategy and continuously improve delivery across the Reservoirs Programme.
