Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategically important change initiatives across Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, embed change management, and ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality. You will work with sponsors and change managers to develop robust business cases, communicate progress, coach team members, and actively manage risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 or APM).
• Experience delivering multiple projects, including business case development and benefits realisation.
• Experience of financial controls, RAID management and working with a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrable team leadership and resource management experience.
• Experience of delivering capital projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of change projects, ensuring successful outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters.
• Lead project initiation activity, including business case development, benefits mapping and tracking.
• Build and maintain sponsor relationships and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Lead and develop high-performing project teams.
• Embed change management practices and support business transition activity.
• Drive continuous improvement, particularly in Health & Safety.
