Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an experienced change professional to sit at the crossroads between Group Customer & Communications (GCC) and change functions across the Society. You will understand the central change landscape, navigate demand, and help shape business cases for cross-portfolio initiatives.

You will act as an advocate for GCC, connecting teams, aligning portfolios, and ensuring delivery routes are clear as Nationwide implements hybrid working from Swindon, London or Bournemouth offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in large, complex change or transformation programs.
• Ability to navigate change demand through organisational structures.
• Knowledge of portfolio backlogs and planning cycles.
• Experience shaping requirements and supporting governance and funding.
• Experience bridging business and change/delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Be the front door between GCC and the central change capability.
• Map change requirements to portfolios and capabilities across the organisation.
• Help shape the business case so it can progress through governance and funding routes.
• Develop a detailed understanding of change portfolios, backlogs and investment routes.
• Coordinate across multiple portfolios where delivery routes are not obvious.
• Act as a trusted connector between GCC and wider business teams.
