Join our Transformation and Knowledge team and help shape the future of Nationwide. We're a vibrant, fast-paced, team responsible for delivering impactful business change that supports Nationwide's strategic ambitions and enhances outcomes for both our customers and colleagues.

Working closely with stakeholders from across the Society, we lead a diverse range of initiatives, from improving customer services and strengthening operational processes to driving efficiency and managing risk. As a Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading medium to large-scale change initiatives, managing key workstreams within strategic programmes, and ensuring successful business readiness and adoption across Retail, Group Customer Operations and the wider organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence meaningful change, collaborate with a wide network of colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of transformation at pace while maintaining a focus on quality, control, and benefit realisation. You'll also support and develop Change Consultants within the team and play an active role in supporting leadership across the Transformation and Knowledge function.

As part of the Business Services team, you'll work alongside colleagues from Transformation and Knowledge, Workforce Capacity and Planning, Training, and Customer Journey Management, helping to deliver change that makes a real difference across the Society.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our Glasgow, Swindon or Northampton site approximately (once per month). If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part-time, in the office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
