Nationwide is seeking a Strategic Change professional to lead people and organisational change across large-scale programmes, partnering with colleagues to ensure change is delivered effectively and with positive outcomes for employees and the organisation. You will work with senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate delivery activities, and measure outcomes to realise the full value of change.

This is a 12-month secondment with hybrid working across Nationwide's UK offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering people change projects and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels, including senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating complex change activity with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex change clearly and effectively.
• Experience applying project management and business change methodologies in delivery environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing priorities, ambiguity, risk, and delivery.
• Experience supporting business readiness and implementation activities to embed people change.
