Job summary

Nationwide seeks a Senior Change Lead to provide experienced, flexible change leadership for complex and strategically significant assignments. You’ll own delivery from mobilisation through to implementation, taking accountability for outcomes.

Role sits in Group Customer & Communications, focusing on integration with Virgin Money and driving cross-functional change across the Nationwide brand and customer base. Hybrid working is supported with clear office locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, high-impact change programmes.
• Proven ability to mobilise cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and delivery discipline.
• Credible with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex change assignments from mobilisation to implementation.
• Provide senior leadership and delivery capability across initiatives.
• Mobilise resources and align teams behind a common plan.
• Partner with Head of Change and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Coach colleagues and strengthen delivery methods.
