Job summary

HelloKindred in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology across complex change programmes. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, and requires strong stakeholder engagement and regulatory awareness.

You will elicit and document requirements, model processes, and support UAT and governance activities across multiple workstreams. BPSS clearance is required to operate in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale change programmes.
• Strong BA methodologies knowledge and best practices.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in banking/regulatory environments preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory change initiatives.
• Familiarity with data analysis and process modelling.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, product owners, architects and dev teams.
• Produce BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, process maps, data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Analyse current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support target operating models and process redesign initiatives.
• Work with development and testing teams to ensure alignment.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Conduct impact assessments, risk analysis and change management activities.
• Provide governance updates, traceability, and documentation throughout.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and standards.
