North Highland in London is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge client objectives with technical solutions, delivering measurable value and lasting impact.

You will work with stakeholders across client organisations to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and drive process improvements using BA tools and agile practices. The role offers contributing to transformation initiatives with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis using BA tools and techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of IT software development methods and lifecycle.
• CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes and document AS-IS and TO-BE models.
• Gather and validate requirements via interviews and workshops.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Facilitate meetings between tech and business teams.
• Develop business cases and solution analysis.
• Support UAT and change management.
• Monitor progress and provide status reports.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices.
