Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Case Reviewer to join an established public sector organisation in Glasgow on a temporary basis. You will review applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness while managing your own workload in a busy environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Hybrid working and a December 2026 start are available, with a temporary contract running until 21

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, case review, or customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to follow processes consistently.
• Proactive and quick to learn new systems.
• Comfortable in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Energy sector experience not required; training provided.
• Keen to hear from detail-oriented applicants.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess applications and supporting documentation in line with procedures.
• Examine information from various sources for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate case records, databases and tracking spreadsheets.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build relationships with applicants, contacts and colleagues.
• Communicate professionally via telephone, email and video calls.
• Identify potential fraud or non-compliance and escalate.
• Collaborate with teams and share information.
• Make evidence-based decisions using sound judgment.
• Use Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook and Excel, and internal systems.
