Job summary

The Bridge Project, a Bradford charity, is recruiting a full-time Case Manager to join the Drive Project team in Bradford. You will assess needs, coordinate responses, and work within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework to reduce high-risk harm and protect victims and survivors.

You will collaborate with police, safeguarding, housing and health colleagues in a multi-disciplinary team, bringing empathy, clear boundaries and reflective practice to a nationally recognised model.
