Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Domestic Abuse Case Manager to help reduce harm and improve victim safety through safeguarding, behaviour change and multi‑agency case management. The role requires safeguarding/public protection or domestic abuse experience, with a hybrid setup in Woking and travel across Surrey.

You will engage high‑risk perpetrators using motivational interviewing, conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans while coordinating with partners to drive long‑term change.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in safeguarding, public protection or domestic abuse services.
• Experience with multi-agency working including MARAC, MAPPA or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of domestic abuse, risk management and victim impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured case management to high‑risk perpetrators.
• Use motivational interviewing and evidence‑based approaches to influence change.
• Complete robust risk assessments and develop safety and support plans.
• Collaborate with MARAC, safeguarding, housing and criminal justice partners.
• Create tailored intervention plans addressing risk factors.
• Promote accountability and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Represent the service at multi‑agency meetings and contribute to decision making.
• Support service development and ongoing evaluation.
