AWD online is recruiting a Domestic Abuse Case Manager (AWDO-P15287) to reduce harm and improve victim safety through motivational interviewing, risk management and structured case work. The hybrid role is based in Woking/Surrey with travel across the region and some face-to-face and remote activity.

The successful candidate will handle high‑risk perpetrators, coordinate with safeguarding, housing and criminal justice partners and contribute to service improvement in a busy, outcomes‑focused

Formación

• Experience in safeguarding, public protection or domestic abuse services.
• Experience with multi-agency working including MARAC or MAPPA frameworks.
• Strong understanding of domestic abuse, risk management and victim impact.
• Knowledge of behaviour change approaches for complex cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage conflict, crisis situations and high‑risk cases.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high-risk caseloads with structured case management.
• Deliver behaviour change interventions using motivational interviewing or evidence-based approaches.
• Undertake robust risk assessments and develop safety and support plans.
• Work in multi-agency settings with MARAC, safeguarding, housing and criminal justice partners.
• Develop tailored intervention plans addressing risk factors such as housing and wellbeing.
• Promote accountability and reduce harm through constructive challenge.
• Prioritise victim safety and coordinate with partner services.
• Maintain accurate case notes and reports in line with legislation.
• Attend professional meetings and contribute to decision-making.
• Support service development and continuous improvement.
