Job summary

Ecosurety in Bristol is seeking a Business Development Specialist to connect with organisations navigating UK packaging regulations and to help them understand and manage evolving EPR, RAM and related requirements.

You will identify prospects, start meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities and hand high-quality leads to our commercial teams, while developing your commercial career in a purpose-led environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a sales, business development, lead generation or customer-facing role.
• Ability to build relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Proactive, curious, and able to learn new industries quickly.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with prospective clients through multiple channels.
• Conduct discovery to understand packaging compliance challenges for organisations.
• Qualify opportunities and handovers to Client Services with clear context.
• Develop knowledge of packaging compliance and Ecosurety's services to discuss solutions confidently.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Policy & Advisory, Product and Technology teams.
