Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is seeking a Packaging, Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to join its growing sustainability team in London. You will own packaging compliance initiatives across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax and help shape the business’s ESG strategy.

You will analyse data, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, develop training around ESG and compliance, and stay ahead of evolving packaging legislation. This is a 6 month FTC with a strong possibility of going permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging compliance.
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and data platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
• Experience within ESG and/or fast-paced retail would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging compliance across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax.
• Analyse and manage packaging compliance data and reporting.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve traceability and compliance.
• Support certification, preferred fibre and supply chain traceability initiatives.
• Help implement new systems and improve packaging processes.
• Develop internal communications and training around ESG and compliance.
• Keep ahead of emerging packaging legislation and industry developments.
