Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is partnering with a values-led fashion retail business to hire a Packaging, Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to drive packaging compliance and contribute to ESG strategy.

You’ll lead packaging compliance across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax, analyse data, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve traceability and compliance. This is a 6 month FTC with strong possibility of going permanent, offering an opportunity to make a tangible sustainability

We’re working with a values - led fashion retail business that is looking for a Packaging, Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to join its growing sustainability team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of key packaging compliance initiatives while helping shape the business’s wider environmental ESG strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyse and manage packaging compliance data and reporting
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve traceability and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in packaging compliance

• Comfortable working across multiple systems and data platforms
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines
• Experience within ESG and/or fast-paced retail would be highly desirable

This is a 6 month FTC with a strong possibility of going permanent.
