Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support change, process improvement and solution delivery in a regulated financial services environment. You will translate business needs into effective solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers across the full change lifecycle.

The role involves leading discovery, documenting requirements, supporting multiple change initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or regulated environments.
• BCS accreditation or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Experience with Jira or similar change-management tools and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities with stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, functional specs and user stories.
• Support small to medium change initiatives, prioritising delivery.
• Assess risks, impacts, dependencies and benefits for decision-making.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams and external suppliers.
• Support testing, deployment and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain delivery documentation, governance and compliance.
• Support reporting, dashboards, data quality and BI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
