Harvey Nash Group in Bracknell, Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support change, process improvement and solution delivery within a regulated financial services environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external suppliers to identify requirements, translate them into effective solutions and contribute across the full change lifecycle—from discovery and design through testing, implementation and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Experience as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in regulated environments.
• Track record in financial services or asset finance configuration.
• Solid knowledge of BA methodologies and requirement techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Strong analytical, organisational and documentation abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to new systems.
