2plan wealth management Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to deliver business change and technology improvements. You will bridge business objectives with solutions, gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them for tech and operations teams.

The role emphasizes process analysis, governance artefacts and end-to-end change delivery. The position is hybrid, based three days a week in the Leeds office, with a salary up to £54,000, a 7.5% on-target bonus, and a pension scheme

Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services industry is advantageous
• Proven experience in business and systems analysis, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead business and systems analysis across a range of change and IT improvement projects within 2plan.
• Gather, challenge and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews and feedback sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for technology and delivery teams.
• Analyse processes, workflows and data to identify opportunities for operational and technology improvements.
• Produce high-quality project documentation, including process maps, use cases, requirements and governance artefacts.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party suppliers and testing teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support end-to-end change initiatives, including process redesign, implementation, testing, training and benefits realisation.
