Job summary

Affinia is seeking a highly organised Business Analysis Lead to join the Integration Management Office. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions, translating company objectives into actionable requirements for change and IT initiatives.

You will drive the Target Operating Model, document end-to-end processes, and collaborate with stakeholders up to the C-Suite to optimise acquisitions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business process design and facilitation.
• Target Operating Model design and maintenance (TOM).
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Requirements gathering and translating to technical terms.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver process efficiencies.
• Design and facilitation of improvement workshops.
• Benefits definition and realisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the Target Operating Model across the organisation.
• Document end-to-end business processes for client and employee journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders up to C-Suite on requirements and change.
• Map acquisitions processes to Affinia standards and identify gaps post-acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to drive value via process improvement and better systems.
