Job summary

Affinia is seeking a highly organized Business Analysis Lead to join the Integration Management Office. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, translating objectives into actionable requirements for change and IT projects.

You will drive the Target Operating Model, document end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders up to C-Suite, and identify post-acquisition changes to maximise value and support our private equity growth journey.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business process designs and facilitation and proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Target Operating Model design and maintenance (TOM).
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills including:
• > Ability to collect, interpret and analyse data
• > Gathering functional business requirements and translating to technical term
• > Identification, prioritisation, and delivery of process efficiencies
• > Design and facilitation of Improvement Workshops
• > Benefits definition and realisation

Responsibilities

• Driving and maintaining our Target Operating Model
• Ensuring we have documented end to end business processes across the organisation for different client and employee journeys
• Collaborating with key stakeholders up to C-Suite
• Understanding post-acquisition changes and mapping to Affinia standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives with a holistic view of change
