Job summary

We Are Adam in Berkshire is seeking a Brand Manager to drive a growing consumer brands portfolio. You’ll shape strategy, deliver campaigns across ATL, digital and retail, and own performance metrics.

The role combines brand planning with hands-on execution in a hybrid setup, with a base salary up to £50k DOE and a 10% annual bonus. A car allowance and private healthcare are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of brand marketing experience in the UK.
• Top of the range salary is for strong UK brand experience with proven results.
• The role requires commercial awareness and willingness to own P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand strategy and positioning for your portfolio.
• Turn plans into joined-up campaigns across ATL, in-store, digital, PR and e-commerce.
• Run day-to-day brand delivery with pace and care, keeping look and tone consistent.
• Manage the brand P&L and marketing budget, making every pound work.
• Track weekly and monthly performance across sales, distribution, promotions and media.
• Pull together sales, retailer, digital and consumer data into practical recommendations.
• Lead new product concepts and launches with cross-functional teams.
• Own the result and build strong internal and external relationships.
