Job summary

We Are Adam in Berkshire is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to own long-term strategy for a leading consumer brands portfolio. You will turn insight into confident decisions and drive in-market growth across ATL, in-store, digital, PR and e-commerce.

The role leads brand planning, manages the P&L and budget, mentors Brand Managers, and collaborates with sales, insight and agency partners to lift marketing capability and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience, including UK market exposure.
• Strong commercial judgement and P&L awareness.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term brand strategy and annual plans.
• Own activation across ATL, in-store, digital, PR and e‑commerce.
• Coach Brand Managers to deliver with ownership.
• Manage brand P&L and marketing budget.
• Lead performance reviews and translate data into actions.
• Collaborate with Sales on promotions and distribution.
• Identify growth opportunities and rationale for new products.
• Lead launches from idea to shelf with timely alignment.
• Present brand performance to senior leaders with evidence.
• Help grow a curious, high-performing marketing team.
