Job summary

Teem, a PE-backed fintech startup, is hiring a BDR to own outbound prospecting across EMEA, engaging multinational businesses and building targeted lists through cold calls, email, and social outreach.

You will engage C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, qualify challenges, and book high-quality meetings while collaborating with Sales leadership to refine the outbound strategy. London-based with hybrid work (2 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Confident prospecting into senior stakeholders through calls, email and social outreach.
• Strong research and account qualification skills, with the ability to identify and prioritise high-value prospects.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving scale-up.
• Ambitious, coachable and motivated by clear progression into an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across EMEA, identifying and engaging multinational businesses that need better ways to manage global tax operations.
• Research target accounts, build prospect lists and run multichannel campaigns across cold calls, email and social outreach.
• Engage C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, qualifying their challenges and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.
• Manage inbound leads and conduct discovery to understand prospect needs and identify opportunities.
• Work directly with Sales leadership and AEs to shape the outbound strategy, test new approaches and build repeatable processes.
