NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is representing a Business Development Manager role in Chester with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days from home) covering UK & Ireland. The position focuses on identifying new business, managing senior stakeholder relationships and closing high-value deals in the energy sector.

The package includes a salary open to discussion with sales incentive commission, with strong opportunities for growth through a 70/30 new business vs. account growth mix.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and win new business across the UK & Ireland
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders
• Manage high-value opportunities through to close
• Deliver consultative, value-based sales presentations
• Work closely with Engineers to develop tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and sales activity
