NBS is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the specifier-led sales cycle from initial contact through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.

The role is Newcastle upon Tyne with a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two at home, offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and the chance to influence how construction professionals manage specifications.
