Job summary

AWD online is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow B2B client relationships and sell high-quality print solutions. You will identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline and close deals across ranges from £100 to £30,000.

The role is a hybrid position in Nottingham with three days in the office and two days working from home, offering a £60,000 OTE (£45,000 base) and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable communicating across phone, video and in person.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B sales prospects across relevant sectors.
• Manage sales opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Sell print solutions across range of deals from £100 to £30,000.
• Develop trusted client relationships through consultative selling.
• Attend meetings via Teams/Zoom and in person.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for print projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
