AWD online is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to grow B2B client relationships and sell quality print solutions. This hybrid role in Nottingham offers three days in the office and two days working from home or meeting clients, with deal sizes from £100 to £30,000.
You will develop new business, manage prospects and build long-term partnerships in a reputable print house with a strong service reputation. The role includes an OTE of £60,000.
A great opportunity for a proactive sales professional to develop B2B client relationships, generate new business and sell high-quality print solutions. Experience selling large format print, digital printing solutions or similar products would be preferred, but the company is open to candidates with a strong B2B sales background and the ability to learn a specialist product range.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join a quality-focused print business with a strong reputation for service, reliability and customer care.
As the Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities, build relationships with prospects and clients, and sell print solutions across a varied deal range, from £100 through to £30,000 per deal.
The company’s large format print services include exhibition stands, shop signage, construction panels, one-off prints and printing across materials including paper, vinyl, film, plastic, acrylic, wood and self-adhesive substrates.
The Business Development Manager will work on a hybrid basis, spending three days per week in the Nottingham office, with two days working from home or visiting prospects. Sales meetings will take place through Teams, Zoom and face-to-face appointments.
