Green Zone Surveys is a building compliance and energy assessment specialist. We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to grow new business, manage telesales, emails, and client meetings, and work from our Wallsend head office with hybrid options.

The role focuses on winning new clients in FM/HVAC sectors, with the North East head office as a base. Hybrid option available; strong commission potential and company benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business development / B2B sales role.
• Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Background in HVAC and/or facilities management desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with FM and HVAC companies, and directly with businesses.
• Lead full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to quotes and close.
• Target organisations across relevant sectors and nurture client relationships.
