Green Zone Surveys is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition in the North East and across the UK. The role focuses on generating opportunities in FM and HVAC, with a hybrid office setup in Wallsend.

You will manage the full sales cycle, nurture relationships, and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to secure projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Desirable HVAC or facilities management background.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business with FM/HVAC clients and direct businesses.
• Manage full sales cycle: outbound calls, emails, quotes, and closing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to expand services.
• Track activity, pipeline and forecasts using a CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
