• Previous Business Development or Sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business opportunities.
• Develop long-term service and maintenance contracts.
• Build relationships with FM companies and end users.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify project and energy upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
