The role focuses on B2B sales to professional clients, building strong relationships and driving toward ambitious targets, with a base salary of £30,000-£35,000 and OTE £70,000-£100,000. The position requires proactive prospecting, effective questioning, listening to client requirements, and presenting tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Some prior B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in events/media sales a plus.
• Ambition and commercial drive to develop.

Responsibilities

• Speak with professional clients and senior decision makers.
• Develop new business and manage opportunities through the sales process.
• Conduct sales conversations and proposals.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities toward close.
• Attend conferences and industry events.
• Work two days in the office and remotely rest of week.
