Ideagen is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant to support configuring and delivering software solutions in a collaborative, growth‑minded team. This entry‑level role offers exposure to SaaS systems and a path to build practical delivery experience.

You will work with project managers and consultants to configure solutions, validate setups, and produce clear documentation while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring software solutions based on defined requirements.
• Assist with system setup, validation and testing activities; produce documentation.
• Identify risks or gaps and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to deliver projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the configuration of software solutions based on defined requirements.
• Assisting with system setup, validation and testing activities; Producing clear and accurate documentation.
• Identifying and escalating risks, issues or gaps where appropriate.
• Working closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
