Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant to support configuring and delivering software solutions in a collaborative, growth‑minded team. This entry‑level role offers exposure to SaaS systems and a path to build practical delivery experience.

You will work with project managers and consultants to configure solutions, validate setups, and produce clear documentation while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring software solutions based on defined requirements.
• Assist with system setup, validation and testing activities; produce documentation.
• Identify risks or gaps and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to deliver projects.

We're looking for an Associate Solution Consultant to support the configuration and delivery of our software solutions. Responsibilities

• Supporting the configuration of software solutions based on defined requirements

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work effectively within established processes and frameworks
• Experience in customer support, software delivery, administration, business analysis, technical coordination or a similar environment would be beneficial
