Job summary

System C is seeking an Associate Application Support Analyst in Liverpool to support healthcare software. You will join our Application Support team and follow a structured two-year development pathway designed to help you build the technical, product and customer support skills needed to progress to Application Support Analyst.

You’ll work with experienced colleagues to investigate and resolve issues affecting our healthcare software, helping customers restore service quickly while developing

Qualifications

Strong interest in technology and solving problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Methodical approach to investigation and analysis.
Experience in a Service Desk or technical support environment.
Experience with ServiceNow or Jira; knowledge of healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Investigating incidents and service requests escalated from the Service Desk
Troubleshooting application issues using logs and product knowledge
Applying fixes, workarounds and configuration changes
Escalating complex issues with evidence and analysis
Maintaining accurate support records and documentation
Providing timely updates to customers and stakeholders
Supporting product defect investigation and testing
Contributing to knowledge articles and service improvements
