Job summary

Acorn Group’s Liverpool team is hiring a Systems Support Analyst to join the hybrid-working Support department. You will provide 1st line system support for all insurance product tooling and assist in UAT testing, bug reproduction, and change control.

Collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers is essential. The role emphasizes problem solving, excellent communication, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support to the business user base.
• Log and reproduce bugs with third-party providers; contribute to resolution.
• Support UAT testing and validation of software changes.
• Ensure system documents are maintained and compliant with internal standards.
• Assist in maintaining and distributing insurance products using bespoke tools.
• Participate in production support (1st line) and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams on technical design and change control.
• Assist with testing of applications and products as required.
