You will provide first-line support, investigate issues with logs and SQL, and work with product, development, and partners to deliver timely fixes while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for customer incidents using Jira.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues using logs, SQL, and diagnostic tools.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and third-party partners.
• Replicate issues to identify software defects and support long-term fixes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the support process.
• Take ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Support both hosted and on-premise customer environments.
