Job summary

Jackson Hogg Ltd is seeking an Interim Assistant Management Accountant to join our Billingham team with hybrid working and a long-term fixed-term contract, offering up to 40,000 per year.

You will assist with month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and overhead postings, support payroll checks and expense approvals, and manage multiple finance systems. Strong Excel skills and Dynamics 365 experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Month-end processing including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Payroll-related checks and bonus accruals.
• Bank reconciliations, FX postings and intercompany checks.
• Managing and reviewing company credit card transactions and expense approvals.
• Manual journals and posting across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with month-end processes including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and overhead postings.
• Supporting payroll-related checks and bonus accruals.
• Managing and reviewing company credit card transactions and expense approvals.
• Bank reconciliations, FX postings and intercompany checks.
• Supporting external accounting partners with overseas finance activities.
• Manual journals and posting across multiple systems.
• Assisting with management accounting activities and helping improve existing finance processes.
