Confidential, a FTSE 100, market leading company, is recruiting an Accountant to join their Finance team on a hybrid basis in the United Kingdom.

You will support General Accounting tasks across operating companies, handling multi-currency and multi-entity activity, month-end close and VAT, while assisting ERP system transitions to the Shared Service Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with month-end close processes and VAT.
• Strong numerical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support General Accounting tasks and activities to operating companies in own scope.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks and activities delivered.
• Provide support to other General Accounting team members as required.
• Support the transition of ERP systems to the Shared Service Centre.
• Ensure ongoing compliance to internal processes.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environment ethos in Finance SSC.
