Jackson Hogg Ltd is seeking an Interim Assistant Management Accountant for Billingham, offering hybrid working and a fixed-term contract up to £40,000 per year. The role covers month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and overhead postings.

You will support payroll-related checks and bonus accruals, review expenses, perform bank reconciliations and FX postings, and assist overseas finance activities with strong Excel and Dynamics 365 experience.

Qualifikationen

• Assistant Management Accountant background or equivalent experience.
• AAT qualification, part-qualified or QBE accepted.
• Strong Excel and finance systems experience; Dynamics 365 a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist with month-end processes including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and overhead postings.
• Support payroll-related checks and bonus accruals.
• Review and approve company credit card transactions and expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations, FX postings and intercompany checks.
• Assist external accounting partners with overseas finance activities.
• Prepare manual journals across multiple systems.
• Support management accounting activities and drive process improvements.
