Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Doncaster is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support the site finance department. This full-time, permanent role combines on-site and home working (4 days on-site, 1 day from home) with a 08:30-17:00 schedule.

You will prepare weekly forecasts, P&L reconciliations, budgeting and period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and deadlines. The position offers a salary up to £40,000 per year along with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA or currently studying towards completion.
• Experience with financial management systems and Oracle.
• Experience with open-book contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reporting for GXO and the customer.
• Collaborate with HR on queries and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Assist in improving reporting processes and procedures.
• Provide variance analysis with commentary to aid management interpretation.
