GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support our ASOS operation in Barnsley.

You will work closely with operational leaders, customer stakeholders and the wider finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis. This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant looking to broaden business partnering experience while supporting the Finance Manager and leading a small team.

Qualifikationen

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA and experience within a finance or management accounting role.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience preparing management accounts and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

Aufgaben

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and forecasting activities for both GXO and the customer.
• Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commentary on variances and trends.
• Manage and develop a small finance team, supporting performance and development.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight, challenge costs and support decision-making.
