GXO Logistics, Inc. in Barnsley is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support our ASOS operation.

You will work closely with operational leaders, stakeholders, and the finance team to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting and commercial analysis while leading a small team. Qualifikationen

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA required or in progress.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with management accounts and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Healthy stakeholder management ability to challenge and influence.
• Prior team management or mentoring experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and forecasting activities for GXO and the customer.
• Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful variance commentary.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
