Job summary

GXO Logistics in Wigan is seeking a Finance Manager to own the numbers for our operations, lead the finance team, and ensure accurate reporting that informs business decisions.

This full‑time, hybrid role requires four days on site and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will manage P&L and balance sheet, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support commercial objectives with integrity and insight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced finance role, ideally within logistics.
• ACCA or CIMA qualified, studying or QBE.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team to build capability and drive high performance.
• Responsibility for both the P&L and balance sheet, ensuring adherence to policy and procedure.
• Delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and interpretation of the operations on a weekly and periodic basis.
• Prepare the annual budgets and customer forecasts to strict timelines and standards.
• Provide Financial assistance to the operational teams when building business cases.
