Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is representing an Assistant Construction Project Manager vacancy in the Winchester area. The role supports the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion and offers exposure across residential, commercial, defence, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate is a graduate or early-career construction professional seeking development, with a collaborative, supportive team, a hybrid working arrangement, and clear paths to growing project

Qualifications

• Open to graduates and early-career candidates with an interest in construction project management.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Assist with coordination of clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams.
• Support the preparation and management of project programmes, reports and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings, assist with recording actions and develop confidence in leading meetings as experience grows.
• Assist with feasibility studies, site surveys, investigations and other project assessments.
• Monitor contractor progress and provide updates to the wider project team.
• Develop experience in Contract Administration and Employer's Agent duties under JCT contracts.
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop into a Project Manager capable of taking ownership of projects.
