Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a forward-thinking construction consultancy in Winchester. You will support delivery of projects across commercial, education, residential, retail and regeneration sectors alongside an experienced team.

Ideal candidates are early in their career, eager to learn and develop, with strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Hybrid working and clear career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred (but not essential).
• Previous project management experience in construction is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft Project.
• Experience in report writing and delivering presentations.
• Proactive, personable, and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, APM).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Assist in producing project documentation and progress reports.
• Help coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams.
• Attend and minute project meetings.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and evaluations.
• Monitor and report on contractors’ performance on site.
