You will own projects from pre-construction to delivery, build strong client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the Winchester team's growth and professional development. Hybrid work, strong benefits, and long-term career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven construction Project Management experience.
• Experience in consultancy environment desirable.
• Experience across pre-construction and construction stages.
• Understanding of JCT and NEC contracts advantageous.
• RICS/CIOB/APM accreditation, or working towards professional qualification, desirable.
• Strong client-facing, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects through pre-construction and delivery stages.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure successful delivery against objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
• Develop project programmes and monitor progress.
• Prepare project reports, programmes and other key documentation.
• Manage project risks, issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Contribute to client meetings and presentations.
• Work across defence, higher education and healthcare projects.
